Welcome to EasyDenmark.com. By purchasing our digital products or booking our personal support services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

§2 – Products and Services

We offer three types of paid offerings:

  1. Digital PDF Support Packs – downloadable guides designed to simplify life for newcomers in Denmark.

  2. Personal Support Sessions – online consultations providing practical, experience-based guidance.

For digital products:

  • Instant access via secure download link after purchase.

  • No physical goods are shipped.

For personal support sessions:

  • Delivered online (e.g., via Zoom) at the agreed time.

  • May include slides, checklists, and other visual materials.

  • All sessions are for informational and practical guidance only — not legal, financial, or immigration advice.

§3 – Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in DKK or Euro and include 25% VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

You must provide accurate billing information at checkout.

For subscriptions, you authorize EasyDenmark to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.

§4 – Use of Content

  • All content (digital guides, slides, videos, and other materials) is protected by copyright and is for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • No reproduction, resale, or distribution is allowed without prior written consent.

§5 – Refund Policy

Digital Products:

  • Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16), no refunds are given once download access has been granted, provided you agreed to waive your right of withdrawal.

Support Services:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund.

  • No refunds are provided for missed or partially attended sessions.

  • In the event of a technical issue on our side, a new session will be offered at no extra cost.

§6 – Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for changes in laws, procedures, or official systems.

  • We are not a legal, financial, or immigration advisor.

  • Users are responsible for verifying information with official authorities (e.g., SIRI, Skat, UFM).

§7 – Governing Law

EasyDenmark reserves the right to terminate a membership if:

  • Fraudulent activity or misuse of content is detected.

  • Payment fails repeatedly after notification.

    In such cases, access will be suspended without refund.

§8 – Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law.
Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Denmark, unless otherwise agreed.
